Conference Registration Key Dates


Early Registration – Available through August 31, 2026 – $395.00

Late Registration – September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026 – $425.00


Registration includes:

  • Wednesday Afternoon program and Welcome Reception 
  • Thursday Program and State Transportation Board Reception 

Paid registration is required for each individual attendee. See below for information about spouse/guests options. 


Meals Included in Registration:

  • Day 1: Afternoon coffee and snack breaks; appetizers at welcome reception 
  • Day 2: Continental breakfast and lunch; morning and afternoon coffee and snack breaks; appetizers at State Transportation Board reception 


Spouse or Additional Guest Option

There is an additional cost to bring a spouse or other guest to the evening events:

  • Wednesday, Welcome Reception – $50.00
  • Thursday, State Transportation Board Reception at Lowell Observatory – $50.00

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to host@azrts.org. Approval for refunds will be based on the cancellation schedule below.

  • Before September 15, 2026: Cancel and get a full refund of your registration fee.
  • From September 16, 2026-September 30, 2026: Cancel and get a 50% refund of your registration fee.
  • After September 30, 2026: You can cancel but there will be no refund. You may transfer your registration to another person.
  • No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or travel disruptions/cancellations.
  • To cancel or transfer registration, please submit your request in writing to host@azrts.org. If transferring, include the name and email address of the person you want to transfer registration to.

Refunds for all conference cancellations will be processed after the conference ends so that the necessary back-up information can be attached to the refund request, and verification that the venue has not charged any additional cancellation fees is completed.
