Summit 2026 Lodging
The conference hotel for the 2026 Arizona Transportation Policy Summit is The Drury Plaza Hotel Flagstaff, conveniently located adjacent to the High Country Conference Center.
An exclusive group rate is available for Summit attendees:
- Deluxe Room – $162 per night, plus applicable taxes
- Terrace Suite – $192 per night, plus applicable taxes
The exclusive group rate is only available until Saturday, September 12, 2026. A limited number of rooms are available at the conference hotel, so book early!
The Drury is sold out for Tuesday, October 13th. If you are arriving on October 13th, please select one of the overflow hotels.
There are still a few rooms available at the Drury for October 14th and 15th. Remember to update the arrival date in the Reservation form!
