Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to host@azrts.org.

Before September 15, 2026: Full refund.
September 16-30, 2026: 50% refund.
After September 30, 2026: No refund. Registration may be transferred.

No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or travel disruptions/cancellations.

Refunds will be processed after the conference ends.
